9. Can VISAPOINT submit an application on my behalf or I do the submitting myself?

ANS: Some countries requires that Applicants submits their Application themselves, where this is not applicable an application can be submitted on your behalf by VisaPoint.

10. Can VISAPOINT guarantee that the embassy will issue my visa?

ANS: VisaPoint cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued by the embassy, consulate, High commission/Issuing Authority that you have submitted your documents to. While it does not happen frequently, any embassy, consulate, High Commission/ Issuing Authorities can decide not to issue a visa at any time. Should your Application be rejected VisaPoint would proffer alternative measures to achieving your objective.

Travel Visa

1. Can VISAPOINT provide me with supporting documents?

Ans: NO VisaPoint does not provide supporting documents, however VisaPoint would assist with travel bookings if required.

2. Can VISAPOINT provide Bank statements?

Ans: NO VisaPoint will not provide bank statements neither will it contrive any documents to misrepresent your financial status, however VisaPoint shall provide financial advices.

3. What is an ON ARRIVAL Visa?

Ans: On Arrival visa is a Non-immigrant Visa that is being issued by the consulate/embassies at the point of entry. Some countries only issue visas once you arrive in the country.

4. What is a Schengen Visa?

ns: The Schengen visa gets its name from a small town in Luxembourg where a treaty was signed to end internal border checkpoints and controls. 5. What does personal appearance mean?

In these cases, you must submit your visa application directly to the consulate. Payments

1. How do I make payments Cash/Transfer/Cheque?

Ans: VisaPoint accepts all forms of payment transfer by major debit/credit cards including: (Master, Visa, and Verve)

2. Do you receive foreign currency?

Ans: VisaPoint accepts foreign currency using the VisaPoint Payment Portal.

3. What is included in the payment made to VISAPOINT?

Ans: The fees is basically Visa consulting fees which would be paid to VisaPoint to process an application

4. Is there a discount if am coming with a family member?

Ans: NO

5. What does the CVV / CVC / CVC2 number mean?

Ans: CVV / CVC / CVC2 for Visa and MasterCard is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the back of your card.

6. I do not have a credit card or debit card. Is there any other way of Visa fee payment?

Ans: No. You can only make a payment with a credit or debit card (only MasterCard, Visa or Verve). On the other hand, please note that the card does not have to be under your name.

7. I cannot make a payment. What should I do?

Ans: Make sure that the card is either “MasterCard”, “Visa” or "verve" (it does not have to be under your name), it has Secure System, and is open to international transactions. If your card has all of these and you still cannot make a payment, you can try making payment at another time or with a different card.
